Toll House Cookies Receipe


As mentioned in my newsletter this week my 12 year old daughter Makenzie made some cookies using the Nestle Premium hiteMorsels......they were delicious so here's the receipe for anyone to try and feel free to comment on here and let me know what you think... How to make

TOLL HOUSE white chip chocolate cookies

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups plain flour
2/3 cups NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE baking cocoa or drinking chocolate
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups NESTLE TOLL HOUSE premier white morsels

METHOD
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF

1. Mix together-flour, cocoa baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in morsels.
6. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking tray.


BAKE for 9-11 minutes, or until centres are set. Cool on baking tray for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

MAKES ABOUT 5 DOZEN COOKIES
